We consider water a natural mineral resource that is more important than oil in some places.  We find and develop ground water.  AGW will enter into contingency fee contracts under which we are paid actual, out-of pocket, costs plus a fee and a wellhead royalty for our services on water produced.  You may look at a recent example of such a contract.  This arrangement is only available where laws and regulations relating to the expatriation of fees for goods and services allow.  All contingency fee contracts are negotiated with clients and will be reviewed by our local attorneys.
